Obstetrician: I would ask your obstetrician if you can safely take an oral nasal decongestant medication and/or use a nasal decongestant spray. I'm sure Tylenol is safe to take to treat fever and body aches. In my opinion alll medications, including nonprescription ones, taken during pregnancy should be ok'd by your obstetrician.
