Influenza symptoms: Seasonal flu (influenza) symptoms include some of the following: fever with or without feeling chills; cough, sore throat, runny nose, stuffy nose, muscle aches, body aches, headaches, fatigue (tiredness). Sick children sometimes also have some vomiting or diarrhea. Usually, a sick person will be out of school or work for about a week, so it is better to get vaccinated to avoid the sickness.
