I started working recently. i feel very stressed and anxious all of the time and i struggle to control my eating (binge eating). i exercise often and eat well. what can i use to be more calm and focused?

Stress: A new job can be stressful. It is most important for you to take care of yourself. Please eat healthily. Try to get about 7 hours of restful sleep. Try to maintain an exercise routine. Exercise and adequates sleep can help cope with stress better. Consider working on stress management as meditation and deep breathing exercises. If needed see your doctor or a counsellor.
