Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant examination by a doctor. It would be prudent to consult a doctor. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Amoxicillin?: Were you given amoxicillin? If so then that is probably the cause of the rash. Sometimes people are given amoxicillin for sore throat but if you have mono, then the amoxicillin will cause a rash. If you were not given amoxicillin then it is probably just from the virus causing the mono. The rash will go away in a few days to a week but antihistamines may help the itching
