It depends on what: type of fracture you had. Simple or complex? did it require surgery? Were you treated by a doctor for it? In general a simple fracture should heal well in 6 weeks. If the fracture was a 'clean' break, and you are healing normally. When you start back lifting, it is probably a good idea to start with lighter weights than you typically do.
