Sleep?: Are you getting enough sleep? Many adults try to get by on 4-6 hours of sleep per night. Try to aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Try to go to bed at the same time each night. Also avoid using smartphone or tablets right before bedtime. The light from these screens can interfere with sleep. End screen time usage an hour before bedtime.
