Fatigue is common.: Early pregnancy is often accompanied by either fatigue or nausea and vomiting. Usually women feel better after week 12. If you continue to be very tired, make sure you're not anemic, and tell your doctor so he can check your thyroid levels along with your regular labs. It's harder with the second pregnancy because you have a small child to take care of along with your pregnancy fatigue.

100-360 J: First a couple of definitions: energy is usually expressed in joules (j). Watts are a measure of the rate of energy used, 1 watt = 1 joule/sec. Most external cardioversions use between 100 and 360 joules (or 100-360 watt-sec). Internal defibrillators deliver about 20-45 j.

Back to basics: The symptoms of perimenopause such as night sweats, hot flashes, heavy bleeding, and mood change can make it hard to remember we need water, sleep, healthy diet with minimal simple carbs, exercise, and time to recharge and be grateful. Take time to make a plan. Every day drink 8 glasses of water, take vit d and mv, stretch and follow your plan.

Probiotics: Probiotics are live bacteria, that when present in the gut, leads to some measure of improved health. The intestinal bacterial can be very different from one person to the next. The immune system is continually responding to the gut bacteria and chemicals the blood cells release can influence surrounding immune cells. Immune boosting probiotics are thought to increase release of these chemicals.

Besides cell phones, what are other sources of rf energy that cause cancer?

2 doctor answers5 doctors weighed in
Dr. Andrew Turrisi
Radiation Oncology 47 years experience
Proof of cell: Phone link not yet in, microwaves are relatively safe, but radiation is in the electromagnetic spectrum and is a clear cause, and u-v light is part of the spectrum causing skin cancers. All seem to demonstrate direct links to dose and time of exposure. X-rays seem to have no threshold, but very low doses are very unliklely to lead to individual harm, but to a population, a small number will.
