Cervix in or out?: If your "partial hysterectomy" means that the cervical stump remains then you need to have your GYN MD check for cervical lesions including a pap smear. Cervical cancer can occur in the remaining stump and endometrial tissue from an incomplete cervical/uterine removal can bleed. No cervix present can yield bleeding from the vaginal cuff post intercourse. Get examined by your GYN surgeon soon.
