"Partial" surgery: A partial hysterectomy implies, but does not make clear, that your uterus only was removed and not the ovaries. If that is the case, there can be bleeding from granulation tissue or "stretching" of the vaginal cuff post intercourse. Usually the latter is due to low estrogen states in the vagina.
