Urinary odor: Your urine reflects your hydration and if there are no other symptoms, you need to drink more water. The hysterectomy has nothing to do with it.

Unrelated: Strong smelling urine is related to what you ate and your level of hydration. The hysterectomy has nothing to do with the issue.
