Reverse the trend!: I am glad your kidneys are good. Sometimes kidney problems called nephrotic syndrome cause very high triglycerides. Your triglycerides are not very high but creeping up. See what you are doing to cause this. Perhaps your consumption of sweets or alcohol may have increased or you may have put on a few pounds. Overall not bad but you should reverse the trend.
