Can a gastro-surgeon see the liver while performing lap chole in an adult woman? is the entire surface of liver visible in lap chole?

Yes and no: Yes, the liver is visible, but not the entire surface. If the surgeon wanted to look he could see maybe 90% of the surface area, but this is not routinely done. What are you concerned was missed?
