Depends on amount: 1 beer on occasion (every few days) with a good weight loss program will not affect you at all. 2-3 daily will cause you to gain 1-2 pounds weekly. So it depends on how much you drink. If you have to have one have one on occasion. If you truly want to lose the weight, cut it out.
