She had a slight hit right behind her ear. she immediately had lots of pain, her head started hurting.she had light sensitivity. 5 min. she started slurring her words and fell to the ground and begin to shake. what should i do? never had a seizure

Slight hit?: Depends on the nature and severity of the injury. She will need to go to the ED if she is having seizures, mental status changes and slurred speech as this would be more than a concussion.

Head injury: Seizure, light sensitivity , slurring of speech indicate head inury , will need examination to start .Go to Emergency department .
