Back injury: can lead to arm and/or leg pain and sensations depending on what part of the spine was traumatized. Nerves that come out of the spine bring sensation to the arms and legs. Please see your doctor to make sure that all is well. Peace and good health.

Mgt.: You may have an impinged nerve and an imaging test may be indicated. I would suggest seeking Orthopedic care. Heat and Motrin may help to relieve your symptoms.

Be seen: You would be well served to be seen and reevaluated. Irritation of nerves in the neck can cause pain that runs into the arm and so it is possible you injured your neck. There are certain cardiac and pulmonary injuries that cause a referred pain into left shoulder as well.
