Find a psychiatrist: By natural, if you mean something that is not a made up chemical, find a psychiatrist and ask for lithium, which is probably the best medication for bipolar disorder and a naturally available element.

Adjunct: If you have bipolar i disorder, natural approaches may be a very helpful adjunct to treatment but would not rely on that for solo treatment.
