A member asked:

Perscibed gardasil for testing positive on combined hvps, not 16&18. i am 26, married and planning on kids this year. should i get it vaccinated?

Depends: The current Gardasil (2018) helps a person develop protection against 7 strains of HPV associated with cancer and 2 associated with warts. It does not treat HPV but can help you avoid the worst strains. You are near the end of the approved target age, so if you don't get it now, insurers may not cover the pricy cost. I consider it a good vaccine, but you must decide on your own.
