Im 21 weeks pregnant with a baby boy that gastroschisis. can he be circumcised when born or will i have to wait? if so, how long?

(silo construction, IV fluids, antibiotics) Optional procedures like a circumcision will often wait until a day or so before discharge. This is something you can bring up with the treatment team but should eventually be easy to get done.
