36f healthy. iron labs- feb'17: iron 102/ ibc: 335/ %satur 30/ ferritin 16 jan'18: iron 99/ ibc 280/ %satur 38/ ferritin 41. why has ibc decreased? i read a 20dl drop in ibc over 6 months means increased mortality. do i need to be worried?

Iron blood criteria: Since the saturation is increasing that is what matters. Iron binding capacity varies due to dieting, kidney disease, liver disease, drugs.
