Is it urgent to have bowel cancer symptpoms investigated?

Depends on which: Symptoms i suppose. But how can you rest with bowel cancer symptoms? Don't you think you should go to a doctor to find out? I don't quite understand your question here, because if you have bowel cancer symptoms as you say, that would be a really really good reason to see a doctor.
