Abscess testicle: If the abscess is on the skin overlying the testicle, and it is draining, having sex will potentially cause bacteria to enter the urethra of your wife, which could infect the bladder. It is unlikely, however. Ask your wife to urinate after sex, and wash the area with soap and water, and chances for infection for her are very minimal.
