Kidney infection not going away since 1/02. 2 rounds of cipro 10 and 7 days that will be completed by tomorrow (1/21) feeling cold, little appetite, generalized upper abdominal discomfort. leuko and bact pos. wbc 11-25 hpf should i worry about sepsis?

Infection: Sepsis would include, fever, tachycardia and altered mental status and or low blood pressure. Either way you should be double checked.

Get seen: Need to know WHY it’s not responding. ? Resistant bacteria ? Physical blockage. ? Other source of infection.
