Depends: If you are getting better, then you may let nature its course. If you are not getting better, you may have picked up secondary bacterial infection that may require antibiotics. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor if you are not getting better.
