I am experiencing wrist pain. the following also describe me: finger numbness, finger tingling, numbness or tingling, and hand pain. what should i do?

See a rheumatologist: It sounds like you have inflammation of the wrist and a carpal tunnel syndrome. See a rheumatologist.

Sensory neuropathy: Go see orthopedic surgeon or neurologist, and get emg of hand and forearm, and may also then need MRI. Sounds like nerve compression, either at the wrist or elbow.

Wrist pain: You may have carpal tunnel so please get examination and a plan of treatment
