Please inform OB: You need to be up front with your OB in this matter so appropriate surveillance testing can be done during pregnancy. There is a possibility you were not sensitized during the first pregnancy but i wouldn't count on it. If testing shows the baby starting to have problems they can proceed with treatment.

No need to worry: From your 1st Ob visit, your Type & Screen would have shown that you are not sensitized. Hence the reason for the Rhogam at 28 weeks. If you were, your doctor would have known immediately. So, there is no need to worry about it as you would not have been expected to know this. Very few people know their blood type and very many people have miscarriages without seeing a doctor. Congratulations!
