Symptom not specific: Stool color is driven by the dark green bile added to digestive debris. The poop will change through greens to yellows & then brown if the material spends enough time inside for gut germs to work on the bile. As such, the greenish color just means things moved through quicker. It is not specific to any cause.

Hi, Doc have doubted lactose intolerance my 9m old baby, started soy base milk but since then her poo has bcome green & she has got v bad diaper rash.
