Where exactly would you feel pain from an enlarged spleen? does it hurt in the front, side, back? can it compress your diaphragm?

There are: usually NO SYMPTOMS associated with an enlarged spleen (some patients complain of a "sense" of "fullness" in the left upper abdomen...compression of the diaphragm is very unlikely! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
