Hi. i recently cut my thumb and got 8 stitches. this happened the 22 dec and the stitches were removed the 29 dec. im concerned the cut isnt healing?

More information: Is there a separation of the edges of the wound, redness, draining fluid or increased pain? What concerns you about this wound? Seven days is an appropriate time to remove stitches.

You need to be seen: Whoever put in the stitches would be the best person to evaluate, but we can't do anything for you over the internet. Until you are seen you could gently put warm compresses over the wound for 5 minutes every couple of hours. Good luck
