It would probably be: a prudent decision to see a health care provider for evaluation. It sounds like you may have developed an infection at the site of the bite. Antibiotics could be indicated. Make an appointment for evaluation today.

Not yet: If it is not bothering you, it usually resolves in a few days if it is indeed from a mosquito and not a spider. Even with a spider bite, it needs not be treated unless infected in the absence of systemic symptoms (only from certain spiders).
