Depends: At your age, the optimal frequency has not been established yet but it is prudent to get checked once yearly. As for HIV, if you have been monogamous, there is no reason to check it repeatedly after the first few months in the absence of other contact involving blood (IV drug etc). Weigh yourself monthly. BP & glucose frequency depends on family history.
