Very dry sinuses, breath freely, fluid in inner ear for months, been dizzy and light headed for 3 days, afraid antihistamine will dry up even more?

True: given also that you are dizzy and lightheaded, not a good idea to use an antihistamine, but you need to check your blood pressure. Saline nasal washes would help for now, probably nasal steroids as well, but ultimately you need to see your doctor / ENT specialist, good luck
