See an ENT doctor: If it isn't and ear problem you need to have your tmjoint evaluated as sometimes many of your symptoms are related to that but please rule out the more serious medical problems.

Many things: Those symptoms could be suggest many things. Vasculitis comes to mind. You are the right age for temporal arteritis. Go to your doctor soon!
