How much sleep?: This may depend on how much sleep you get per night. General recommendation is 7-9 hours nightly. If you’re sleeping less than six hours nightly, your brain might be putting you into deeper sleep sooner than it would otherwise in an attempt to “catch up“. Not sleeping enough can certainly explain why you feel tired during the day. And erratic sleep schedule might do this as well.
