Happened at ages13 and 21. sleep deprivation with stress causes squeezing pain in center of chest but can exercise perfectly. no other symptoms?

Chest pain: needs to be taken seriously. Please go to your emergency room or see your doctor. What happened at age 13 may be different from age 21. Can be anything from cardiac-related to chest muscle issues but you need to find out. Peace and good health.
