HIV PEP: Presumably you are in medical care: a health professional determined the blood exposure was sufficiently high risk for HIV to warrant post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) with anti-HIV drugs. Continue treatment the full time prescribed (usually 4 weeks) and follow the advice of the doctor or clinic who prescribed it about follow-up testing. Good luck!

Ask your GP: accidental exposure to HIV blood needs evaluation, however if no contact with an open sore, damaged skin, or mucus membranes, the risk of acquiring HIV infection is negligible , good luck
