Is an enlarged spleen dangerous in pregnancy? 14 weeks pregnant. blood work has come back good. waiting on hematologist. persistent pain on my left side for over 2 months.

Depends: It depends on the cause of splenic enlargement. It is good that you are seeing a hematologist. If you do not have any symptoms, do not lose sleep over it, but keep your appointment with hematologist. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
