See below: Low hemoglobin (anemia) is not by itself a cause of urinary pain and likely 2 separate issues that require and deserve separate evaluations. Important to establish the cause of your significant anemia and also have a urinalysis and possible urine culture at a minimum to screen for UTI or other potential renal/urinary tract problems.
