LLQ: Left lower abdominal discomfort is often seen in disorders of the descending colon and can be caused by inflammatory processes like diverticulitis or inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis although bowel symptoms are often associated. Other possibilities include hernia or muscle inflammation. I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist.

Needs evaluation: This could be a form of colitis or Crohns disease. Especially if you find blood on your poop. At your age you should not be experiencing this so seek a consult with a gastroenterologist.
