Seems unlikely: A tiny ovarian cyst seems like an unlikely cause for the pain that you describe. Consider seeing your primary care doctor or an orthopedist for an exam. Hip flexor injuries are quite common and they can confirm the diagnosis and arrange therapy to help you feel better
