Check your Vitamin D: 126/65 is a perfectly normal blood pressure in your age group. If you feel dizzy only when standing up from a lying position it may be related to a drop in your blood pressure. This is called orthostatic hypotension. But the most common cause of dizziness in your age group is low Vitamin D levels. See your primary care doctor for this symptom.

Yes.: That's a normal BP, but dizziness can occur when one is dehydrated because, when one stands, the BP can fall. For this reason, persons with dizziness, especially if on BP medication(s), should check their BP each morning, sitting and standing.

Normal range: Those values are considered in an overall normal range. If there is a concern, would get blood pressure and heart rate at the same time you have your symptoms. If they are transient, one consideration would be for an Event monitor to assess if there is any heart rhythm problems associated with your symptoms.

Blood pressure: 120/80 is the average. Some people are higher and lower depending on age and their physical makeup. Please see your doctor. The dizzy symptoms MAY be from anxiety. Please consult a mental health professional such as a clinical psychologist to learn ways to manage anxiety. Peace and good health.
