Head discomfort: Before attributing these symptoms to chronic tension and stress, I believe that you should have a careful examination of your scalp. If no scalp pathology is present and your blood pressure is not elevated, I recommend stress management therapy to see if the symptoms resolve. Discuss this with your physician.

Tricapital Neuralgia: It is a nerve pain. Kindly check with your doctor for evaluating tricapital neuralgia which is basically a nerve pain. Other possibility with burning pain and sensitivity is Shingles but that usually has a rash. Feel Better !!
