Uncomfortable: She is showing signs that indicate discomfort. She needs to be thoroughly examined and based on the exam receive any additional investigations. Have her seen. All the best.

She should be: examined by her doctor to make sure there is nothing physical causing this. If she is perfectly fine during the day, doesn't have any sign of fever or illness, it's unlikely that there is something serious going on, but I would still recommend taking her.
