My 8 month ago baby girl is coughing bring up clear saliva like fluid, mixed with milk and little yellow. the coughing generally occurs when moves too much or moving whilst asleep?

Evaluation: The cough may be related to aspiration or GERD/aspiration or an infection for example. Please monitor her temperature. Feeds should be provided at an angle and slower feeds with a reduced amount may be helpful. Avoid smoke,dust,mold, pollen and animal dander.
