Should i be concerned if on a scan they found a left thyroid lobe to be asymmetrically enlarged when i have had a ultra sound with in the last 6 monh?

There is not: enough information. Was there an interval change between the two scans? How large is the size discrepancy? There can be some normal variability in size between the two lobes.
