Can i drink water during the fasting time for blood tests that require fasting such as, cholesterol tests, folic acid tests, fasting glucose tests...?

Yes: Drinking typical amounts of water during the time spent "fasting prior to blood tests" is just fine. Even flavored water may be ok, if it doesn't have sugar or caffeine.
