A member asked:

How can the amount of water you drink affect blood glucose levels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dehydration: Can increase blood sugar if you have diabetes. Water intake will temporarily dilute your blood sugar level, but only for a very, very short time before your body readjusts.
