I have a weird feeling in the top left of my head. i can feel it right under my skull, not painful but dull. it causes a painful ache when i bend over?

Possible Migraine: You have described a headache and based on your description it is difficult to ascertain a true cause. It is possible that you are describing a migraine which is more painful when you cough or bend. It, however, could be something more ominous such as a tumor. I would followup with a physician and get a more indepth history and physical and possibly imaging to evaluate.
