Fell onto my kneecap.- straight away there was very bad pain in the knee. now i cant even walk. and the pain is in the outside of knee and in calf?

Acute patellar injur: You need to see an orthopedist. If none is available, an athletic trainer can help. This needs to be examined. In the interim, OTC naproxen AND Tylenol as well as ice packs and continuous elevation above the level of your heart should help.
