Ibuprofen: Give Ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Apply warmth to ear (warm wash cloth or even your hand). May consider placing local anesthetic drops (sold over the counter). If she develops fever or pain seems to get worst take to an er.

Pain relief: Tyelenol or Ibuprofen are helpful when you suspect your baby has an ear infection. Waiting a day or two before seeing your pediatrician is ok, you may need to take your little one in sooner if their is high fever or vomiting or your baby is not eating well.
