No.: A knot or lump in that area is probably an enlarged lymph node. Lymph nodes enlarge due to infection/inflammation typically. I only worry about cancer if nodes continue to grow over time. If it does not go away on its own within 2-4 more weeks, see a physician. But, otherwise i wouldn't worry about it.
